JOB LOCATION: San Ramon, CA and other unanticipated client locations throughout US
DESCRIPTION:
Support all critical Apache Tomcat, Node JS, Angular JS, Catalina Web
applications, APIs (Application Program Interfaces) and their Infrastructure built on
Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Configure IP based network architecture, Virtual Private
Cloud (VPC), Private and Public Subnets, NAT Gateways, Network Address Control Lists,
Web Access Firewalls, Route Tables and management tools.
Work on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build the infrastructure to support business operations and monitor the
website, infrastructure and APIs by setting up the Splunk, NewRelic and Datadog.
Configure Network Load Balancer and Application Load Balancer of OSI layer 4 and of OSI layer 7 and route the traffic of TCP/IP connections to the instances or applications.
Implement Disaster Recovery and Backup techniques for the failover of critical systems, infrastructure and build solutions to problems that interrupt availability, performance and
stability in the systems, services and products at scale. Develop and implement instrumentation for monitoring the health and availability of services including fault
detection, alerting and automated or manual recovery.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year experience as Software Engineer, Systems Analyst or any suitable combination of education/experience/training.
HOURS: 9 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours/week
SALARY: $133,000/year
